1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the immediate delivery nature of downloadable digital assets and AI prompts, purchases are generally non-refundable once content access is delivered or downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund or product replacement within 14 days of purchase if:

• The digital assets provided are defective, corrupted, or non-functional.
• You experienced a duplicate transaction charge.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email our support team at support@promptpulseai.com with your order number and transaction details. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method via Stripe within 3–5 business days.
